Wendy Flammia
Educator · Leader · Founder
Wendy Flammia is an experienced educator and educational leader with over 31 years of experience in teaching, instructional support, school leadership, and educational consulting. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to helping students, educators, and schools achieve academic excellence through innovative educational practices, strong leadership, and personalized support.
Her educational experience includes serving as a preschool teacher, camp counselor, elementary and middle school teacher, reading specialist, learning team facilitator, assistant principal, and principal. Wendy has worked in both public and international education settings, with professional experience in Florida, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait.
As the founder of 7 Day Educational Services, Wendy combines her passion for education with her commitment to supporting students, families, educators, and school leaders through personalized tutoring, professional development, instructional coaching, and educational consulting services. Her global educational experience allows her to understand the diverse academic and instructional needs of schools and learners across different cultures and educational systems.
In addition to her educational work, Wendy is actively involved in community service and leadership initiatives in Jamaica through Kiwanis programs that support youth development, literacy, education, and school partnerships. She also organizes community events and outreach initiatives in her neighborhood in Jamaica and remains involved in various educational and community-centered ventures that create positive opportunities for children and families.
Wendy resides in Palm Beach County, Florida, and spends summers at her home in Jamaica, where she continues to support educational and community initiatives.
